Try physio instead. I had crippling sciatica a few years ago where I couldn't stand up straight and electric shocks running across my lower back. Physio cured me of that more than drugs ever did.

@Strawberryblonde I have 10 physio appointments to come, it's very reassuring and encouraging to read they truly could help you. I won't take Prednisolone and wait for the physio in a few days instead. Thank you <3

How are you doing these days..?

@Ondine at my worst i was on gabapentin co codamol and regular painkillers and it made no difference for me pain wise. Physio helped me immensely during the bad times. i went from being hunched over a supermarket trolley unable to stand straight to minimal if nothing pain. (1)

(2) @Ondine something called sciatic nerve flossing was one i was told to do by my physio, knee hug position, lumbar rotations and arm openers. These will all be sciatica related and be found on Youtube.
I have good and bad days still, my T can be in my face or i am able to tune it out, it all depends on my anxiety and depression which likes to rear its ugly head a lot. Thank you for asking :)

@Ondine also great to hear you are pretty much healed from T :)
