Is that with Amitriptyline still, or did you cut back? I only slept about 2 hours a couple nights ago, even taking 3 times my usual zolpidem dose that didn't get me back to sleep. Last night, I took the 3X dose again, and it worked to get more sleep - maybe 5 hr.

@RunningMan I keep trying to get off of Amitriptyline 50mg so I tried Hydroxyzine 25mg. It worked one night but not the next.
I still have some Hydroxyzine 25 mg I take occasionally. It seems similar to 50 mg OTC sleeping med. It helps a little. I try to space those out.
