It is for me. Happens all the time. Sometimes they snap when I put them on.

@4Grace my neighbors are having a party and being extremely loud, so I locked myself into a walk in closet that's sound isolated and my tinnitus is unbearably loud in here. I don't know what to do. This is hell on earth.

I am so sorry. So sorry. Everyone is different. There was a day when I had T that I would not understand you. My T since became really bad so now I understand. You only know when you know.
