@4alien2 Have you ever used nasal sprays like Flonase or Afrin? Do you experience excessive drainage during meals or constant runny nose?

I had an allergy test and it was clear. Nasal sprays do not solve my eustachian problem. I think my eustachian disorder is muscle, so I take magnesium citrate. @Supersix

I do not suffer from allergies, but I do have rhinitis, which is caused by pollution, and when I eat, it makes my nose always wet. When I told my doctor that sprays can cause a spike in my T, he advised me to stop taking them and start taking 10mg of Sudafed instead. I hadn't taken Sudafed in 7 years and was afraid it might spike my T. He wanted me to dry out my head and see if it would give me relief
