Is this about your worsening from when you were unwell? Has something else happened?

Man, just when I changed my aviator. I so understand. My worst days with this condition were always followed by my most hopeful. I always have a little bit of hope. Sad thing is that I do not even know what I am hoping for anymore. Would you believe, that honest to God, no exaggeration I am worsening daily. I cannot sit in my bed all day. Please stay hopeful yours does not change easily.

@tpj I am going through another spike due to being exposed to extremely loud chiming church bells :-( I was wearing muffs and ear plugs and walked fast to get away from the noise but still horrible spike
