I only ever really drink water anyway... that and coffee.. I have switched to decaf to see if it makes any difference. I am diabetic so I avoid sugar to begin with.

Lowering your sodium is very important—no artificial sugars. Eat clean and see what happens. Listen to white noise during the day and when you sleep. Walk every day for 30 minutes. You need to listen to sound to help you get through it.
