I find this condition mentally exhausting. Managing a good day takes it all out of me.

@Tryn2BHopeful @SarahMLFlemmer yesterday said F it. Just went shopping with wife and daughter. Stayed together in our home. Took everything I had to have a good day. Was in HEAVEN, while suffering. Then two noise traumas. Daughter screaming in car and glass container dropped beside me. Today T is a rage. It's not a spike. It's worse. You guys are incredible. Today can't get out of bed. :(
