You could try to OTO app... otherwise you will need to look in your area for someone that specializes in it.
Your other option is obviously medication, but I cant recommend those. It works perfectly fine for many people. I was not one of those.
@SharonBell Maybe try the OTO app from the app store and it will give you good idea whether CBT would be a good fit. Remember to be patient and don't rush the program. Hope that helps maybe.
