@xLuchiaaa I would advice you to try and work with your brain (preferably with counselling) so that you can stop to monitor your t 24/7. It will only make it worse, imo. And you will reinforce the stress and firing your neurons with danger signals. The faster you can break this circle, the faster you will feel better - with time.

I am so sorry to hear this news. I have been at an 11/10 for a few days so I know how it feels. It can really test you. For what it is worth you are not alone. Try to keep a bit of hope for a better day.
