My first obvious symptoms were tinnitus and ear pain, but i was suffering from bad headaches before that eventually went away although i believe it was related. What followed next was trigeminal neuralgia like sparkler burns across my face, which also ended. The jaw pain came 2 months later. So i didn't start off with jaw or muscle pain.

Did you also had ear fullness and muffled hearing
@xLuchiaaa Sometimes my hearing does feel muffled but i think that has to do with with eustachian tubes. I also feel like sound is reverberating off my eardrums...
