Flu can be a hell. I had a flu few years back well before T and it was well. I don't even want to think what flu with T would be.
Last time I had the flu it was horrible. I was out for over a week and never recovered full lung function. Ended up with asthma from it. Maybe try and get to the doc and get some tamiflu.
