It was my worst year by a long shot. If it was not getting worse I may have been able to cope. T is at its loudest at this moment.
Totally can relate. 2022 + 2023.
@crescentsky Same here. 2022 was my worst year ever. 2023 was slightly better, but still worse than everything before 2022.
Every bad year I've had in the past now feels like paradise compared to 2022-2023.
2023. Year from hell. I had a few "bad" years here and there. Even if I multiplied them by 100 they would still pale in comparison to the horror of 2023. Year of T/H.
If there was no future... -this whole life experience was a nightmare honestly (trauma upon trauma, and then the t to tip it of..)...- rather had never gone through it all... I'm solely living on the faith that things may eventually get better. May I, and we all may have a brighter tomorrow.. today my intention is to find some harmony, not forcing anything.. coming back to one breath at a time...
