I am loud right now also, but I try to empty my mind of thoughts when T is intrusive. It helps me to avoid the emotional downward spiral.

I'm loud too. Hard to believe we can get such a nasty affliction that I've never heard of in my life before getting it.
People say when you sleep to much that you're sleeping your life away. Well I think those people never had T. I would rather be in my dream world without T than reality with T.
I just went to walk-in clinic to see if i might have infection and they said sinus infection,even though I've just had a few pains in head .so who knows?I've lost faith in doctors but I'm hoping that's the case and it goes back down.....
