You're doing a lot better than me. Mine cuts off sharply around 8 Khz with no recovery above that. I'm not even sure when my high frequency started falling off, but based on music/EQ on audio equipment, it appears it was happening well before my tinnitus spiked to a new level 22 months ago when I finally tested it with tone generators.

Yeah I have no idea unless the lexapro or something else this year killed my high frequency. It was 0-100 almost over night

If hearing loss is my cause then why the low frequency hum, why the other issues. This makes no sense.
