It's like everything is muffled and the feeling like something has to come with a needle to go through the bubble. Sorry English is not my first language. I think it since almost 5 months
I had the same feeling in my left ear about 2 years ago. It felt like it was clogged, but there was nothing inside of it. Thankfully, the feeling of fullness went away on its own.
Have you felt any improvement in the fullness at all during the last 5 months? And does it always feel full or does it come and go?
