Sorry, I hope you improve. I've heard of others getting tinnitus from gunshots. You could try a hearing aid. You can't really see the over the ear type

How much hearing loss have you got?
I've had tinnitus since 2026, the days go by, year after year, I can say normally when my ears aren't playing up my tinnitus has come down a lot. But you have to learn to accept it took me about 2 years to feel pretty normal again. But I still avoid unnecessary loud noises
