I average about 4-7 hours, it depends on how tired I am. I wake up a few times a night. T exacerbates my existing insomnia. It got better but then T smacked me in the face.

6-9 hours, depends. It is just my sleep cycle gets easily disrupted, so I am up at night, sleep during the day.

I'm going through insomnia right now, and some deep, crazy ringing in my head. Can insomnia cause spikes? Brutal, worst it's ever been.Most meds make it worse.I have Hydroxyzine which causes my T to spike. I have taken it twice in 3 months. I took it today im desperate for relief can't be worse than my spikes.
