It's gonna go away, don't worry:)

It's a 1 or 2 out of 10. My T originally was unnoticeable, only when I closed my right ear or put it on a pillow, could I ever hear it. My ENT said she thinks it'll go back to how it was. I can hear it outside in traffic, but it's so low in volume. Hard to sleep. I take B Complex and Magnesium Glycinate everyday.

If it's a 1 or 2 you shouldn't hear it outside. Maybe you focus too much on it. I had a 1 or 2 and I could hear it only in quiet places, and didn't prevent me for sleeping. If you don't have H, try to keep busy, you'll forget it, I'm pretty sure. And mask it at night so you can't hear it. I wish mine was a 1 or 2.

It sometimes gets higher and lower in volume. It's a 2 right now, but that's only because I'm in my room. I can barely hear it outside. How do I mask it?

Put some soft music, a fan, white moise, water sounds etc... It will help. Protect your ears from loud noise. It should be ok. xx
