Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
I got about 4 1/2 hours myself, and that's with zolpidem twice overnight to get back to sleep. Frustrating. I probably average about 5, and that's medication assisted. 2 years since my significant T worsening, and sleep doesn't improve.
For what it's worth even I am taking Melatonin 1mg xtended release as well as Magnesium Bisglycinate. If I don't take them I will probably end up with 1-2 hours of sleep.
I've tried various melatonin supplements, doses, taking at different times, never a lick of luck with that or a dozen other supplements for sleep. OTC sleep meds mostly ineffective also, & THC, CBD, CBN, D8. I took magnesium biglycinate then glycinate for months - no difference during or after. Lots of sleep hygiene, exercise daily, all hasn't helped.
