  • How is your T now?
    Pero1234
I have learned to accept that it's there (at least until there is a treatment). Most days I don't focus on it during other activities. So I "forget" it, temporarily.

Still wish I never got it though. I miss listening to music through decent headphones.

    You?

Mine is bad, very intrusive. I get anxious about it. I don't know what comes first though, anxiety or t.
I don't have a good family to support me either. So, I'm taking help from some friends.

My main plan of action is meditation. I'm basing everything on it. Hope it works!

    Hi Harry1123,

I'm sorry to hear that you're suffering.

If it can help: meditation (and kundalini yoga) played a crucial role in getting where I am now.

Breathing techniques and meditation are excellent for calming your nerves and letting go of your anxiety. Which in turn makes T bearable.

I wish you the best of luck... I think you are on the right track!
    Great podcast! https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/episode-1-in-search-of-a-tinnitus-cure-—-dr-josef-rauschecker.33424/
    Hi Pero,
I read that you are from Belgium and did oxygen therapy. Can you tell me at what hospital you got it? I am also from Belgium and have tinnitus since a couple of weeks, but at UZA I didn't apply for oxygen therapy because I don't have hearing loss...
    Thanks a lot.
