For 2 weeks the low hum was gone... and now its back I thought I would have something good to report, but T likes to strike back with fury.

A lot of times I don't notice my low frequency tinnitus. It varies in intensity and also fades with external low frequency sounds.

When it comes it vibrates my head/ears. That's what bothers me the most. Certain sounds stop it immediately.

I'm so depressed man I hate living with hearing loss please don't tell me it's forever. I regret that night being drunk around other shooters around 700 shots being fired… I'm done man I want to die

@MatthewR I fight with the reality every day. I have normal hearing up to 8k and got T from meds that were prescribed to me. You have a chance of it improving, I have read stories with gunshots healing up to a year.

Those spikes are deadly. So sorry. It's hard when you are at a bad level then it ticks up a little. Variable T sucks. It gives you that false hope. I get so hopeful when it improves a hair. It's rare.
