@JeffToob yes it does make me feel better. I have tried for a long time to find someone that has T like I do. Do you have hearing loss? I think I got t from a virus. I had Covid in 2021and 2022 and had T then, but it was just a ringing at night and it went away. How did you get T?

Id guess long term loud noise exposures and lack of sleep with heavy stress and loud work is when it started.

Some people with Benzo withdrawals report the exact static noise and other cases on here state the same loud nonstop buzzing too.

@JeffToob how is your T today? Mine is the same and always difficult to sleep with Amy whole head buzzing. I try and sleep on my back, but if I turn on my ears it is so loud and just can't sleep like that. How about yours?

Sleep is tough. 3.5 hour sessions is the maximum atm. Waking up is hard because it's instantly there. There's no cure or treatments soon either. If something was in the works? Sure, I'll wait with much less stress. But nothing at all to count on is very hard.
