I'm so so sorry you're struggling so much dear @Juliane I think of you and many of the regular posters who all came to tinnitus talk around the same time often and wonder how you are all getting on. I am like a yo-yo up one day through the floor the next as my ear are just so unpredictable.

I've given the Gabapentin another go and it's making me really tired. I hate work and want to retire to the countryside and live with pets and green spaces. Only clonazepam really helps and I limit myself to the weekends so the working week is worse than weekends .
