I stopped hoping for a full recovery long ago and just hope for tolerable days. Anything more is a blessing.

@Tryn2BHopeful I am starting to not believe people when they say their Tinnitus reduced or went away. I just don't buy it.

There are probably always going to be a rare few who it improves for. I think more likely they just get used to more mild tinnitus, like I used to have. Over many years, mine just slowly got worse, until it got significantly worse suddenly two years ago. No improvement.

I don't care anymore about how bad it is. I wish only for it to stabilize and stop from getting any worse. That is all I hope for.

I personally know multiple people with T who's theirs went away. And mine has improved. Take that as you will.

Once I accepted I had T though, and stopped wishing for silence, the easier it became to deal with.

@Marshall the healing is so incredibly slow. My main issue right now is the zaps of electricity. Like tsk, tsk, tsk. Maybe they are getting thinner?? Maybe not?? I don't know anymore. I can FEEL them. Horrific.

@MiaVIL Did you or are you taking any sort of AD's? Brain Zaps can be associated with them.

@Tryn2BHopeful I took valium with laughing gas for a procedure 1 month before onset. Not sure if related at all
