What kind of ear pain?
B
Ever since the onset on my Tinnitus I've experienced ear pain that comes and goes. Probably related to mild hyperacusis and inflammation. When I take Tylenol or drink tea it does help take the pain away. Since the methods I've been using are not helping like they used to, I was looking for new suggestions.

The pain is like a mild ache inside the ear canal but there's no infection. My pain isn't as bad as it used to be either, so I guess that's good too.

@BellaMia In hanging in there. It's just so tough. I havnt had a regular job since August because my Tinnitus is so bad and hyperacusis, which hyperacusis is better, I just wish mine was just in my ears and not my ears and whole head.It has been debilitating and noise makes it worse and being around a lot of people make my anxiety so bad.

@BellaMia I'm dealing with it better I just try to get through day to day for my family. My daughter is 12 in the 7th grade. I feel like I'm missing out on to many things at school because of my T.

@BellaMia I had Covid very bad in 2021 and again in 2022. I had Tinnitus then and didn't even know what it was. It was different just ringing in ears at night and it went away both times. Then a very bad virus in 2023.

@BellaMia I have severe profound extended high frequency hearing loss in right ear and mild in left and I think that's why my T is so bad. The brain is making up sounds to replace what is missing. It has been so debilitating and I have been doing some side jobs so that's a start. I just can't be around a lot of noise because it makes it worse.
