NGL i started to tear up when he said he doesn't know why i have facial pain and that he doesn't know any TMD doctors but still said that we need more of them T_T I mean, at least he acknowlegded it? It just sucks that there aren't any TMD specialists nearby. I know of one but he's literally on the other side of my state...

he did some movement tests, just moving my limbs and noting when and where i would have pain. He gave me some homework, exercises with a reistance band i could do at home.....i didn't say i bought resistence bands and tried exerices months ago to no avail, but i'm doing what he's telling me to do...
Then starting this week, we're going to do machine stuff? Don't know what really. But my dad told him i used to be called The Rocket (I played baseball and had a killer pitch!) and the PT said he would get me back to that. Please God I hope so T_T
Next visit I'm going to bombard him with facts about my condition. I assumed the physiotherapist would tell him everything, but he doesn't know. Also he doesn't know about why i have tinnitus so that was another gut punch. But i feel like he should know a little about T especially since i have a sound that literally goes on/off when i turn my head, and turn my hips.
He also had a protractor(?) to measure the angle of my limbs during movement. He also moved my neck gently in a few directions just to monitor my pain, it didn't cause me any pain. Moving my arms, walking, sitting can cause arm pain, but my neck only hurts when my arm does?
He was mentioning stuff about the pandemic, people sitting more at home because of it, and how that causes muscles to become weaker, stretch, and other muscles having to take over and how all that causes problems, so maybe he does know how to help me.
Today I relapsed, I really REALLY wanted nachos and ate 2 packs of lunchables (guilty pleasure) then my right tmj started clicking afterwards, so now that craving has been fulfilled it's backs to soft foods again.
