I would say mild, but it's all subjective to how you feel about it. If your T was unmaskable no matter what and then dropped to those levels, you might consider you T a non issue.

Inside close environments it's maskable with white noise but its still annoying but yeah probably mild
Never been able to mask since day 1. Take care of your ears and pray it never gets any worse.
Not being able to mask it seems like a nightmare
