Yes I tried lunesta but it didn't work the few times I tried it. My cr prescription is still good so I went back to it. Just getting up now. My Apple Watch is telling me I got about 5.5 again last night
I use a Fitbit. I know not to believe what it says for my sleep, because I can be lying there wide awake for quite a while, and it will think I'm asleep, all the time. It seems they were designed more for people that sleep more regularly. So, I just use it as a guideline. I got about 6 hours broken sleep last night over 8 1/2 hours in bed with 2 mg of Ambien at 4 AM.
Yeah the trackers really are only good if you turn off the sleep setting as soon as you wake. Personally I'm never able to fall asleep once I wake up. So my sleep is solid but in the shorter side
