@SumGuy thank you.. honestly i'm not feeling too well. Yesterday i had much difficulty to fall asleep.. pffft experienced so much t pain.. i felt a lot of distress, and i can say mainly 3 types of thoughts went through my mind 'patience, it can heal with time, just focus on breathing' and.. 'just let it all be over, this has been enough and too much for me', and 'i want to numb myself'
