I used to use Azelastine/Fluticasone together. It was the only thing that helped my allergies. I haven't tried Azelastine since my T became a problem but Fluticasone spiked me the last time I tried it alone.

@kingsfan Consider discarding Flonase as it may worsen your tinnitus. Instead, try using Azelastine by itself. Use only one spray on each side. It has dried me out, and I believe the antihistamine in my body has made my tinnitus more frequent and louder. However, since taking Azelastine, the intensity of my tinnitus has significantly reduced.

I stopped using Flonase years ago because it exacerbated my tinnitus, which I had been using on and off for years.I won't touch it.

Yea I won't use flonase again. I hadn't tried Azelastine bc of the flonase spike. Maybe I'll give it a try. It's more difficult to get since it requires a prescription and I'm on Medicaid.

@kingsfan I believe Astepro is now available over-the-counter, so you can buy it without a prescription. It should be the same product.

Oh nice. Thanks for the heads up. Just found it is available at my local Walmart. I had no idea.

@kingsfan I started by using half a pump for the first few days. Additionally, I would use half a pump three hours before bedtime. It will make you sleepy, which is nice. Let know how it goes

@Supersix It's been so long since I've used it. I don't even remember the side effects. Last time was summer of 2020 I believe. Right before my T. For all I know maybe that or Flonase contributed. I'm going to try it though.
