Thank you for your positive words. Much appreciated. 7 months isn't long with T, I'm aware of that. However, I was always a person who said "in a few months the world will look different again". Unfortunately not this time. The brain is powerful and I'm trying to allow myself to adapt while still hoping it will resolve.

I would also say that it would be easier for me to deal with it if the tone wasn't so intrusive. Lowering the volume would of course be the jackpot. Unfortunately it currently feels ruined because I enjoyed living a different life with 31. I'm trying to adapt as much as possible. I see time as healing. Thank you again for your encouraging words.
I can relate. 27 months for me since going from mild to severe. But, at least, some days aren't as bad as others. Hopefully the Shore device will help us one day.
