This is how I feel. Everyday is pretending to be fine. Never ending pretending with strangers, friends, family, at work. Everyday people asking why aren't you doing X, why aren't you going to Y, you think I have the freedom and privilege to do so?!!?
I feel this too. I find this condition so sad and harsh. Can i just share.. so i made some posts about hope & a better day, and in a way it's true, i'm kind of living on the hope for a better day. But then i get back to actual situation, and it's just painful and distressing. The lasts few months i have not gone to sleep without either using meds or drinks, every time just some way of numbing it down.
