Thanks SaraI recommend giving it a try,there's lots of helpful videos on YouTube.Not the relaxation kind the energy conservation and chi flow are the ones you want.
Still very early days so I'm not gonna be too optimistic but I'm definitely noticing improvements.More so my H than anything,noises that bothered me aren't hurting my ears anymore but still far from perfect.T was basically non existent today and has lowered in pitch dramatically.
