    Taurine, GABA (Pharma-GABA), NAC, Nicotinamide Riboside, Resveratrol, Quercetin, Betaine, and Folate (L-Methylfolate).

    I take all except NAC, and I have found that since adding the vitamin/antioxidant supplementation recommended in the Swiss study "The Effect of Antioxidant Supplementation in Patients with Tinnitus and Normal Hearing or Hearing Loss: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo Controlled Trial," that my tinnitus levels have significantly improved, or "softened" in intensity and volume, especially in the mornings.

    I simple found a multivitamin and separate B-Complex vitamin that together contained all that was recommended and added the Grapeseed extract along with the Alpha Lipoic Acid. I consider the ALA (I take 600 mg twice a day}to be particularly important. If nothing else, I am just bombarding my body with antioxidants.
