Thanks Yellow :) It's been two years and I've improved a bit but it's still very reactive so I don't think it'll ever really go away.

Mentally my attitude towards T changed. It happens. If you don't have any pain just the noise I truly believe that eventually you will be better.

@4Grace i totally agree with this. I dont have pain as such but i have reactive T, its very loud and always changing. Its never mild but changing in tones, speeding up, echoing, shrill for hours after expossure, does this sound like yours?

P.s its also permentley getting worse.

@4Grace do you have sound reactive T, that competes and rides over the top of external sounds?
