I 'acquired' my T in what I believe to be in the exact same way. It took a long time of self-loathing, that I had nobody else to blame but myself. (It's so much easier to except the fault of others & not your own!), but.. You'll learn to accept it as I did, given time. Until then, try & go easy on yourself :)
