My theory is that I had a diet very high in sugar and carbohydrates two years ago. I did not realize that this is a high risk to develop microbial imbalance in the body. This is usually some sort of candida overgrowth that in my case somehow got into my left middle ear. The puzzling thing is that the main symptom has been only this hideous complex, cyclical tinnitus that nearly fries my brain.
