Hello Phil. I had that same "injured" feeling for months. - Go on with your life (I used to hate that advice), eat well, exercise, and mask occasionally. The first few months really sucked mostly because I know exactly what I did over a 2 hour period that caused it.

There are people who have it for a year or so and fully recover to where they barely hear it anymore. - How & when did you get your T?

I remember waking up with it after swimming. I'm not very sure how I got it, but I used to use headphones an awful lot and listen to music quite loud and go to clubs. I know people who do the same and don't have it but its different for everyone I guess.

It may be because I've always had very sensitive hearing and could hear everything. I'd say I have it for almost 2 years now. I feel like its gotten a bit better, do you think there are chances it can still heal and alleviate? I'm 25 years old.

Also, oddly, its only in my left ear

Yes, there is still a chance that it can alleviate. -- I think the key is to not focus on it. -- Definitely stay away from going to clubs without using ear plugs and don't use the ear buds unless you can keep the noise level down.
