I've posted quite a few times about having varying levels of stomach discomfort and pain which began immediately after starting Sertraline (SSRI) followed by Lexapro (SSRI), but I quit them in 2 months, but the discomfort & pain didn't go away when I quit, which was in November 2023. Other than discomfort or pain, I'm not having any digestive issues, acid issues, etc. Endoscopy was good.

@RunningMan Thanks for your comment. Sorry to hear that you got this from medicine. But it's positive that your endoscopy checked out. How is your stomach now?

Strange enough... before I got T I had stomach pain that I went to the doctor about. I would just wake up in agonizing pain... it did go away... then T started. I don't know if they had anything to do with on another.

If anxiety can cause gut issues then it stands to reason that tinnitus can cause gut issues given the changes in the brain signals and the effect on mental health/emotions. Consider your gut health and potential sensitivity to certain foods too.

Mine was apparently neuropathic pain brought on by short term use of SSRI's, so I took low dose 10 mg amitriptyline for a while which helped after a while.
