If you want to pay for their overhead (50-60% of your donation goes to their administration costs), and support an organization that has been given only ONE star out of FOUR by CharityNavigator, then you should donate to ATA.
I would support Stanford Hearing Initiative (google it) or Tinnitus Research Initiative (google it). All their donations go to research, not administrative costs.
