Why can't you still make music, but keep the volume down?
RaZaH

Look into Guqin search it, that's what i'm getting once i sell enough modular stuff. Guqin is ideal T+H ( and even hearing distortions or reactive T) instrument.

And it's holy :O :O and if you eer get back into the real stuff you could make several albums of neo chill, neo folk, vapor yin, and cyberquin music with the guqin. Try to make some pitchbend 303 lines on the guqin - skilllllll

It's sad your ears arent the best. I had a 12" woofer spakear blown aside my head, part of a stack that would be up to the chest of an average man. I've given up on electronic music, too much depth to much movement, too many emotions evoking while sounding bad leading to bad feeling in the gut. I am confident the guqin will not do this to me
SilverSpiral
but maybe one day add a subtle drum machine track to the guqin. and go COME ON YOU CNNNNTS LETS HAVE SOME APHEX ACID
SilverSpiral
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guqin Check out how many times that article uses "quiet" or "very quiet" or "too quiet" to describe the GuQin T+H dream, its also minimalist!!!

Make music Razah as you may regret not doing so later in life.

What I mean is, right now you can make music on low volume, you technically can still indulge in your passion just not to the same degree.

If a bomb goes off near you(for example) and you develop severe H then any form of music is then completely out of the picture and you'll only look back and regret not doing what you loved whilst you still could.
