no, it's been really loud till this point. I just had a good Day. Read my postings and realize in what a terrible state i am. I see, that u suffer also quite a lot. But u must understand, that the cases here are the rarest of the rare. It will get better for u, when u really think, that it will. Every Day is different, every Day is a new experience.

To tell you the truth the last 2 days i feel a bit better mentally, despite that my tinnitus is singing. But i still have setbacks. I am not yet stable. I have to address my negative thoughts. I AM SUPER HAPPY to read the above from you, since i remember your first post.

I was in a very bad shape, still am. Silence was the only thing, that helped me big time against my depression.
Just can think clear today.

tommorow maybe i will think about this differently. It's all about the volume of the T. And we must do our Best to reduce it.
