it went down a bit, day by day its getting better. Jesus Christ! I am wondering whether we will have spikes when we heal/habituate.

@Red the spike is gone. I went back to baseline but i got Hyperacusis again. I didnt overprotect. Only wore protection when walking next to a busy street and when driving.
