Loud noises also cause H.

I wore earplugs when going out to the bar. THis week i wore earplugs when driving and when walking outside. During the onset i protected my ears religiously and got H as a result which lasted 3-4 weeks and faded to 0.

I got peltor muffs when exposing myself to really loud sounds. However, I dont wear them when i am home or when I am walking in a residential street. I make sure not to overprotect as that can cause problems, but this is so strange..Tinnitus went down to baseline..at least some good news.

How is your spike T? is it better now?
Red
Better but still not back to baseline.
Did you get H from the fire alarm?
dpdx
Probably. I had such bad Tinnitus. I wore earplugs when i was in the car driving, take them off in the office, then when driving back home dont wear them. I wear earplugs when walking next to a busy road, but I dont wear them at home or when there are moderate noises.

I think i might have overprotected once again. This whole week i was deadly scared of noises so i covered my ears a lot and stayed in my room. I am sure this is the cause. I hope H fades again , last time it took a while...

How did your H fade?
dpdx
I dont know it faded. It came back this week and i think its because i protected my ears a lot once again.

In 1 week H appeared again, that is nuts. Even though I listen to music and watch TV and dont wear earplugs in the office or at the store.

I am wondering whether it really went away at all. I think what is causing spikes is our H. This means we didnt heal yet. Idk this whole T/H is so crazy..
