KimberlyAnn if you try the Silence Complete PLEASE let me know. I am brand new here. I have been dealing with tinnitus for 40 to 50 years. I would love to find any kind of help but I am on a pension and can't afford to spend that much money at this time. I hope you find some relief! ;-)
