T sucks, but after watching someone die slowly and in extreme pain it kind of disgusts me to see it being compared to cancer. Would you trade T for cancer? It's a silly comparison.
Yeah I agree. Hell yeah I would, depending on the type of cancer, and whether or not I'm guaranteed to not get tinnitus during treatment. Prostate cancer with no tinnitus? Yeah I'd trade. pancriotic cancer with a chance of tinnitus during chemo? Not a chance.

I agree. You made the mistake of thinking all cancer is the same, and all tinnitus is the same. For many sufferers, that trade is a no brainer. Of course.
You say this as if some forms of cancer are 100% curable. It's sound in our ears vs something that can spread throughout your body and kill you slowly.
No, but some have very close to 100%

Only if they're caught quickly before they can metastasize, that doesn't always happen. 10/10 T and I could see taking the chance, I'm guessing yours is more on the mild side though.

I feel that the "we're fucked" mentality on this forum has had a profound effect on the mindset of some of our members.
Hang around a barbershop long enough and eventually you'll get a haircut. Read enough negatively and you might end up feeling quite negative yourself.
Realism>optimism. Yeah sometimes things really are as terrible as they seem. I'm just hoping one of those treatments like Susan Shore or RL-81 work out or IDK what I'll do. Probably not stick around that's for sure
