I posted that article in the chat, I think it needs to be highlighted when a person kills himself/herself over T, If we just sweep it under the rug, how to we expect scientists to ever take T sufferes serious?
I meant the suicide. Yeah, I agree that IT should be highlighted, but I am so pissed at this guy for doing IT... Bc I myself had terrible issues in the beginning but I found the courage to overcome IT. I have a friend from India who has been struggling with loud tinnitus for 6 months and he is still living...
I am pissed bc his actions make me feel Like my life should be over Just bc I have this...my life is still valuable to me despite this serious condition ... And if I can get up and live my life despite listening criquets in my head, so could he
I don't agree, people handle situations differently, we are not robots that are all alike in strength. I have nothing but sympathy for the guy, he obviously was hurting beyond his strength and I wouldnt wish that on my worst enemy.
Just because he choose death does not mean that you should (or I should) just because you/we have the same condition, like I said different people, different strength, some (most) can live with this condition, some can not....It's as simple as that.
I just don't understand how someone can be pissed of at someone else commiting suicide, it's their life, their choose....We were not in his shoes, we don't know the extend of his suffering, so who are we to judge?
I am pissed bc his action sends a message that tinnitus means the end of life. And that's all... And I think that is not a good message for People who have Just got this condition and don't wanna lose hope or lose life.. i am also pissed that he threw away his entire life when he could ask for help.
There are no treatments but talking to other people and knowing things about this could have helped him in dealing with the condition.Also, there are stuff coming so he could have Informed himself instead of doing this extreme thing..
