How loud is your tinnitus?

@Contrast There's multiple tones, I don't know the exact db, but the central tone can't be heard over traffic noise, running water etc, but the other tone can be heard over everything :(. Yours?

It's mild now but once and a while
it spikes. It's like an electronic fog is surrounding my head at it's worst. At best it's just a super faint eeeee that is easily maskable.

early on my tinnitus was unmaskable, (it would always blend in to surronding noise) now music and ambient noises mask it perfectly and my hyperacusis is 95% gone.

@Contrast Oh wow, how long have you had it for? Have you done anything for it? I'm glad to hear that it's improved :)
