    I think so; all that inflammation... pulsatile tinnitus seems to have MANY possible causes...

    I've had bruxism for years which led to TMJ. Every time I wake up with TMJ pain my PT is a lot louder.

    How long you had it? What was the cause?

    Only a few weeks. And I'm not sure, I went to have it checked bu the nurse couldn't even see due to wax! I've been using drops to get rid of the wax buildup and the tinnitus doesn't seem as loud!
