I started using seroquel for sleep a few months after getting tinnitus. Initially, i was afraid of the side effects.....but i was willing to trade for good sleep. My dose has ranged betwwen 12.5mg to 50mg. It typically gives me a good 6 hours of sleep. Never had any issues coming off of it...
